Automated Response Telephone (ART) Line Instructions

If you have tried the ART system are are having difficulty following the procedure for accessing information, try using this approach the next time you call ART.

1. Enter that number on your telephone key pad, then press the pound key (#), which is located in the bottom right corner next to operator key.
   1. When the ART system answers, it will ask you to enter your member number followed by the pound sign. Your member number is your account number.
2. ART will then say “Please enter access code for member number” (Then it will repeat your number). If you do not know your access code, call the Credit Union.
   1. DO NOT press the pound key again after you enter your access code (PIN number).
3. ART will now say “Please enter your two digit action code now.”
4. Enter the two digit code from the ART menu for the inquiry or transfer you desire.
5. For merchant account access, please go to the Crescent Card Processing Website.

For some information, ART will ask you for the “share type” of the account for which you are requesting information. The "share types" and their 2 digit codes are as follows:Share Account Types
