Skip-A-Payment

PFCU’s Skip-A-Pay program helps you manage your finances by giving you a pass on a qualified loan payment each six months.

To use Skip-A-Pay you must:

1. Have processed at least six cc payments on the student loan
2. Be current on loan payments (no more than 30 days past due)
3. Receive advance approval to skip a payment
4. Apply for an eligible loan type (not available on mortgage loans or Visa credit cards)
5. Pay a $25 fee for each skip

 

Benefits:

• Generate cash for vacations, holiday gifts, etc. instead of adding to credit card debt
• Create an opportunity to catch up on another payment to avoid late fees
• Have the peace of mind of knowing you can get payment relief to help you over a financial rough spot
